ABOUT EXPRESS CHEF
Express Chef is a catering company located in Lake Wales Florida. Chef Vincent Taylor is the owner and operator of Express Chef. He is very well known in our local community for his culinary creations. Chef Taylor’s creation of a replica of the historical Bok Tower made from chocolate and filled with mousse or ice cream awarded him the “Best of the Best” in restaurant reviews. The Bok Tower chocolate dessert was highly publicized and is still recognized to this day.
Chef Taylor has been an accomplished chef for over 20 years. Vince has prepared meals for guests such as President Bill Clinton, President George Bush, the Dixie Chicks, Brad Paisley, and stars such as Sean Connery, Laurence Fishburne, Kate Capshaw, Blair Underwood, Ed Harris, Don Johnson, Steve Spurrier (former coach for the Florida Gators) and James “Bubba” Stewart (motor cross champion), just to name a few.
Chef Taylor prepared dishes with Gail Greco for the taping of the show “Country Inn Cooking with Gail Greco” at the prestigious Chalet Suzanne in Lake Wales. He has co-owned and operated restaurants such as Bistro 253, Boka Vin in Lake Wales, and the Pesce Grill in Winter Haven. The Pesce Grill also participated in the Bankers Cup, the Taste of Winter Haven at the Nora Mayo Hall in Winter Haven. Food Editor, Trent Rowe has written and published several highly complimentary articles throughout the years about Chef Vincent Taylor.
Express Chef catering is presently the preferred caterer for The Lake Wales Country Club in Lake Wales, Florida.
